Il a notamment été directeur central chargé des conventions de concession à la Société d’exploitation et de développement aéroportuaire, aéronautique et météorologique (SODEXAM), puis chargé d’études à la Direction de la programmation, de la planification et de l’évaluation du ministère des Infrastructures économiques.

À ces fonctions s’ajoute une expérience opérationnelle acquise comme conducteur de travaux au sein des entreprises Colas, Jean Lefebvre et Sonitra. Une étape déterminante qui lui a permis de consolider ses compétences en matière d’exécution, de coordination et de suivi des chantiers.
